FAQ
Have questions? We've got the answers. Learn how Flow works, how to get the best results, and why nasal breathing matters. We're here to help you breathe easier, sleep better, and get the most from your Flow Nasal Band.
Who is Flow for?
Flow is designed for anyone who wants to breathe more easily.
If you snore, struggle with poor sleep, wake up with a dry mouth, or want to improve your athletic performance, Flow may be worth trying.
Many people don't realise how restricted their breathing has become until they experience what it feels like to breathe more freely.
If you suffer from allergies, sinus issues, a deviated septum, or other conditions that make breathing through your nose more difficult, Flow may help improve airflow and make breathing feel easier.
How it works?
Do the magnets go inside my nose?
Not at all.
Flow is worn gently on the outside of your nose. The reusable nasal band contains small magnets at each end, which attach to adhesive tabs placed on either side of the nose.
Each adhesive tab contains a small steel disc that the magnetic band securely attaches to.
The concept is surprisingly simple, but that's exactly what makes Flow so effective. It is designed to do one thing well: help open the nasal passages and make breathing feel easier.
Can Flow Help With Snoring?

Snoring and sleep issues can have many different causes, so we cannot guarantee results for everyone. Is Flow Suitable for Sports?
Is Flow Suitable for Sports?
Absolutely.
Nasal breathing during exercise is often more important than many people realise. Research suggests that breathing through the nose may support more efficient oxygen utilisation, help maintain a steadier heart rate, and contribute to more controlled and sustainable performance, particularly during longer or more demanding activities.
Flow is designed to be used across a wide range of sports and training environments. It is suitable for most forms of exercise and is designed to stay comfortably in place during both light and more intense movement. The product has been developed with the needs of both dedicated athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts in mind.
However, activities that involve significant facial contact, such as combat sports, as well as water sports, may limit its use.
Many people are surprised by the impact nasal breathing can have on both performance and recovery. If you'd like to learn more, visit our Research section, where you'll find studies and information on the benefits of nasal breathing and its role in overall wellbeing.
