Finding the Right Fit
The correct band size should sit comfortably on the outer edges of your nostrils without pulling or squeezing them together.

Clean and Dry your nose
Remove any dirt, oil, or skincare products using soap and water. Allow your nose to dry completely before applying the adhesive tabs.

Apply the Tabs and Band
Place one adhesive tab on each side of your nose, just above the nostrils. Then attach the magnetic band into position.
